With the colder weather quickly approaching us now is a good time to make sure you are on the delivery service that you want with the two choices being Will Call or Keep Full.
Will Call: This program is designed for customers who want to manage and watch their own propane usage and call in their delivery. Customers need to take note that calling in when their tank is at 30% is best as it takes five business days for the delivery to happen. If the tank runs out or is shut off before we get to the tank to make the delivery then there are fees that are charged onto of the propane cost. If you would like to know more about the fees feel free to call the office at any time.
Keep Full: This program is what we best suggest for most customers as customers can relax knowing that their usage is being tracked and put into what is called a degree day system that will keep track of your percentage. In the event we make a mistake and you run out we will come out immediately at no charge no matter what time or day it is.
