Due to the coronavirus situation and the Governor’s orders today, March 23, 2020, we will still be delivering propane and providing the service you have been accustom to however, we will be making a few changes effective, March 24, 2020. These changes are being implemented to better protect our customers and our employees. We will be closing the lobby starting March 24, 2020 for walk in business. We will be available by phone and through our website, Monday through Friday 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm however, no in person business will be conducted. For those needing drop off payments or other correspondence, there is a drop box on the side of the building that is available. Payments can be made over the phone with credit or debit card. We will be able to place orders for delivery over the phone as well. We thank our drivers and service technicians for the dedication to continue to provide great service to our customers during this time. Please ensure that during this time you are giving our drivers and service technicians the CDC recommended 6 feet of space when they are at your home to protect your and their safety. If you do not receive a delivery ticket, please contact our office and we will mail or email you an additional copy. If you need a cylinder filled, contact our office ahead of time so that arrangements can be made for it to be filled. Again, we will be here to assist you by telephone or through our website Monday through Friday 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm at 517-623-6006 and at www.swanfuel.com. Again, these are just temporary measures, but to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, these changes are necessary.
