We are currently open for business and our team has been developing policies, procedures, and preventive measures to minimize risks – which includes and is not limited to:
Staying up to date on the latest developments and recommendations from federal, state, and local public health officials
Increasing the frequency of disinfecting practices for our office.
Making hand sanitizer available to all employees and customers.
Drivers and Service Technicians are required to wear mask, gloves, and shoe covers when entering customer homes to protect both the customer and employee.
Encouraging customers to wear a mask when entering the office as well as employees are encouraged to wear a mask as well.
The office lobby is limited to one customer to ensure social distancing is enforced.
When waiting to enter the office there are x’s on the sidewalk to encourage social distancing while waiting to enter the office.
When entering and exiting the office to prevent congestion we have separate doors for entering and exiting.
Providing awareness materials for all employees to train in protection measures including staying home and away from the workplace if they are sick, respiratory etiquette and proper hygiene.
Offering customers more opportunities to connect with us in a manner that ensures they feel safe and comfortable, such as setting up an appointment time to come in, connecting through our website, and social media platforms.
Additionally, we will continue to follow guidance from local authorities regarding further developments. Your peace of mind is of utmost importance to us and we hope this better informs you of the additional measures we have put in place with the safety of customers and employees in mind.
